Overview.
Most building heating systems still operate on factory defaults, resulting in inefficiencies and unnecessary costs. At the same time, new constructions and renovations increasingly adopt hybrid systems combining boilers, heat pumps, and solar thermal — but these are complex and rarely optimized in operation. Especially in times of high energy prices, property owners face pressure to reduce costs but lack continuous optimization and clear visibility into savings.
GreenFusion provides a cloud-based platform combined with on-site hardware and sensors to control and optimize heating systems in residential buildings. It improves standalone systems and orchestrates hybrid setups across multiple heat sources. The hardware enables real-time data and control, while the software drives continuous optimization. The platform focuses on measurable cost savings, transparent reporting, and scalable deployment across building portfolios.

Heating is a major cost and decarbonization lever in real estate, especially during periods of high energy prices. GreenFusion combines scalable software with a lightweight hardware layer, enabling deep integration and strong customer lock-in. With large real estate companies already as clients, we see significant expansion potential through portfolio-wide rollouts, supported by clear ROI and long-term customer relationships.
